Prior to your Event...

Bill the Bartender will work with you to plan every detail of your beverage service. This plan will include the selection and quantity of alcohol, washes, soft drinks, garnishes and supplies. We will then provide you with a checklist of items needed.

The Day of your Event...

We will arrive as early as needed to set up the bar and cut and prepare garnishes before your guests arrive. We will also stay after the event has ended to assist with cleanup.

Attire...

You can expect Bill the Bartender to come to your event dressed in a professional manner. If your event has a particular theme, you may request that we dress appropriately for the theme.
